Getting started
- Create a class for the course you're studying.
- Upload your materials — syllabus, slides, PDFs, notes, or a photo of a page (iPhone HEIC photos are supported).
- Ask a question. grAAAde answers from your materials and cites where each answer came from.
- Try the Study Tools (Step 4): Formula Finder, Key Concepts, Paper Outline, and Writing Coach.
Common questions
Billing & subscriptions
You can start a free 7-day trial, then continue for $14.99/month. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime at graaaade.com. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access through the end of your billing period.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account and all of your data at any time: open Settings and choose Delete Account. This removes your uploaded materials, question history, and account information, and cannot be undone.
Upload troubleshooting
- Supported files: PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, EPUB, images (PNG/JPG/HEIC), and ZIP archives of those.
- Each file must be under 50 MB.
- Wait for a file to finish processing (it appears under Saved Documents) before asking about it.
- If a file won't process, remove it and re-upload, or contact us with the file name.
Answer accuracy
grAAAde answers from your uploaded materials and cites its sources, and it independently verifies harder questions for extra accuracy. Always check answers against your course content, and follow your school's academic-integrity policies.
